Agreement
By accessing this website or engaging digi-DEX for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.
Services
digi-DEX provides front-office support systems for businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement between digi-DEX and the client.
The tools and calculators on this website (including the Lost Revenue Diagnostic and Lost Revenue Calculator) are provided for informational purposes. Results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and do not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes.
The 100-Day Guarantee
Our guarantee applies to setup fees for clients who have executed a service agreement with digi-DEX. The guarantee terms, measurement criteria, and refund process are detailed in your service agreement and on our Guarantee page.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of digi-DEX and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Systems built for clients during an engagement are subject to the intellectual property terms defined in the service agreement.
Limitation of liability
digi-DEX provides its website and informational tools on an “as-is” basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of calculator results or the completeness of website content. Our liability for any claim related to the website is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months, if any.
Liability related to client engagements is governed by the applicable service agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
